About Our Pilates-Fit Program

Ellen's Pilates-Fit Program is like to other Pilates group class programs as an exercise physiologist, Ellen has fused the principals of Joseph Pilates work and her fitness experte.

Each Client has their own 4 Piece Pilates Gym set-up. A reformer, A Half-Trapeze, A Combo Chair and a Barrel.

Your hips, butt and thighs resist a spring load. tight-tight-tight hips butt and thighs
All movement is directed from the abdominal wall. A well-toned six-pack.
